Earthrise takes place years after a cataclysmic third world war. A new society has arisen, populated by clones and controlled by a government that enforces its idea of Utopia by any means necessary. Players will take up sides in pay69 the battle between the the new world order and the shadowy Noir government trying to bring it down.
