Around 30 hours for the main story seems like the right amount for players who don't have as much free time as they used to. "I don't even have that much time for the PS2 era 50-60 hour games anymore, let alone the 80-120 hour ones that come out these days," one . But if you want more than that from an RPG, then it sounds like there'll be at least an extra 30 hours in sidequests for completionists who want to spend as much time as possible in this world.
